About Saha Counseling
At Saha Counseling, we believe healing begins in connection. Saha means together, and that belief is at the heart of everything we do.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be navigating anxiety, stress, loss, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself or others. At times, it can feel like you are carrying more than you can manage on your own.
At Saha Counseling, you don’t have to carry it alone. This is a space to slow down, to be heard without judgment, and to begin making sense of what you are going through. You are welcome to show up as you are. Your experiences met with care, respect, and genuine understanding.
Together, we work toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change in a way that feels supportive and aligned with you.
We are experienced in working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including those exploring or navigating aspects of identity such as gender and sexuality. We offer an affirming space that honors identity, lived experience, and the full complexity of each person’s story.
Our Approach
Our approach is integrative, thoughtful, and tailored to you. We draw from evidence-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change; meeting you where you are while helping you move towards where you want to be.
Therapy here is both reflective and practical. Together, we work to better understand your internal experience, your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also building tools to navigate life with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.
For couples and partners, we focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection through research-informed relationship approaches, including principles from the Gottman Method.
This work is collaborative and grounded. It creates space for insight, growth, and forward movement at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
Our work incorporates:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift patterns in thinking and behavior
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build flexibility, resilience, and values-based action
Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed) approaches to explore and understand different parts of your inner experience
Emotionally focused and relationship-based approaches, including Gottman-informed principles, to strengthen connection and communication
Trauma-informed care to ensure a safe, supportive approach when working through past or ongoing stressors
Somatic and body-based practices to increase awareness of the mind-body connection and support nervous system regulation
Strengths-based and person-centered approaches that honor your experiences, values, and capacity for growth
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed) skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
